Amalgamation of Byco Oil Pakistan Limited and Byco Chemicals Pakistan Limited

The Scheme of Amalgamation of Byco Oil Pakistan Limited (Formerly Bosicor Oil Pakistan Limited) (BOPL) and Byco Chemicals Pakistan Limited (Formerly Bosicor Chemicals Pakistan Limited) (BCPL) has been duly sanctioned by the Honorable High Court of Sindh at Karachi consequent upon the necessary approvals in this regard. Accordingly, BOPL and BCPL stands amalgamated with effect from July 01, 2009 with BOPL to remain the surviving entity, as per Court Order dated 01.06.2010. As a consequence of the said Amalgamation, the business formerly carried out by BCPL will be continued at the same address, by BOPL.
